Shipping & Returns

1. Order Processing and Delivery:

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 14 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (please check spam folder), along with a tracking code, so you can stay informed about your package's whereabouts. Please note that due to the upcoming holiday season there might be shipping delays. 

2. UK Shipping:

  • UK standard delivery should be received within 2 working days after shipping. 

3. International Shipping and Customs Fees:

  • All international orders are shipped via reliable carriers like Royal Mail, UPS, or DPD to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping based on your delivery country. Orders should be delivered within 21 days after being shipped. 
  • All international orders are insured against loss and damage to ensure a worry-free delivery experience.
  • International customers outside the UK may be subject to import/duty fees as per their respective country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Customer Responsibility:

  • It is essential for customers to enter the correct shipping address during checkout. Please double-check the address to avoid any delivery issues.
  • After shipping, we are not responsible for undelivered or missing items caused by incorrect addresses.
